​ANNOUNCING NEW 2026 TCE FIRE MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM TO ALL OWNERS

EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 15, 2026, Timber Creek Estates HOA owners are eligible to participate in one (1) of three (3) available grants, based on stated requirements and limited available funds as budgeted for the Year.  The Board is pleased to offer these grant reimbursement options in our continuing effort to encourage ongoing fire mitigation owner attention.  Please follow the required process indicated.  SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR DETAILS
